surrounded by rolling countryside, peace and tranquility. This retreat is a wonderful opportunity to combine nature’s own with daily yoga classes, meditation, delicious local culinary delights and experiencing the local culture.
This retreat is open to all, offering a wonderful opportunity to combine a deep practice of traditional yoga twice daily, guided walks in the nature, possible additional wellness treatments, swimming and relaxing in the soothing setting of our château.
A real time for oneself, to discover or rediscover the ancient techniques of yoga and reconnect and recharge, allowing us to become more flexible, to relax and know ourselves better.
Tutor - Liz Higginbottom
Liz is a down-to-earth instructor who draws from alignment and postural principles of anatomy and merges them with an accessible level of mindfulness and grounding that brings even the most sceptical of yoga practitioners around with confidence and comfort. A teacher for 17 years, Liz is comfortable in guiding students who suffer chronic injuries and conditions. An explorer of movement, she has qualified in personal training, mat Pilates, Gyrotonic Pulley Tower and Jumping Stretching Board work, as well as, ante/post natal, gentle Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, restorative, meditation and breath work forms of yoga.
